A major milestone has been reached for Kendall County’s future! After 15 months of collaboration, community engagement, and hard work, the Kendall County Comprehensive Plan has been officially adopted!
The plan provides a long-term vision and framework to help guide growth, development, transportation, natural resources, housing, economic development, and other important aspects of Kendall County’s future.
Throughout the planning process, residents, community leaders, local governments, stakeholders, and County officials contributed their ideas, expertise, and perspectives through public meetings, comment map, surveys, workshops, and other opportunities for engagement. This collective input helped shape the plan and ensure it reflects the priorities and aspirations of Kendall County.
We sincerely thank everyone who participated in the planning process and helped make this milestone possible. Your time, thoughtful input, collaboration, and continued support were instrumental in developing a plan that will help guide Kendall County’s future.
